During the college days he was the member of the football team of the Calicut University who were the winners of Ashutosh Mukherjee Shield in 1971. It was just one among the awards that he bagged. He is legend in football. Having the position of the captain of the Malappuram District Football Team is a recognition of his sportsmanship. He has been an executive secretary in Gibbs Insurance company, Jeddah and later he worked as the secretary in Al Qurishi Distribution Services, Jeddah and he was the Financial Controller in Al Hiba Poly clinic,Jeddah. Once he had returned to his motherland, he has fully engaged with sociopolitical activities for the benefit of his natives. Dr. Sharfras Navas is a distinguished academic leader and researcher in Management with over 15 years of combined experience in higher education, research, and institutional development. He has previously held the position of Principal at Mount Seena College of Arts and Science, after an extensive research tenure at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. He is also an Academic Counsellor at Sree Narayana Guru Open University. Holding a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, along with an MBA and B.Com, Dr. Navas has built a strong research portfolio with publications in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals, particularly in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence adoption, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. His international collaborations include studies conducted in the GCC regions. An accomplished academic administrator, he has led NAAC accreditation processes, coordinated NIRF submissions, secured AICTE ATAL FDP grants, and implemented national initiatives such as Unnat Bharat Abhiyan. Proficient in advanced statistical tools including SPSS, AMOS, and SmartPLS for SEM analysis, he is actively engaged as a keynote speaker, conference chair, reviewer, and research mentor. Beyond academia, he is a passionate Toastmaster known for his strong communication, leadership, and training abilities.
