PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION
Parent-Teacher Association of the college work with dedication to the welfare of the students and the institution. The members of the association often meet to discuss the academic progress of the students with the purpose of encouraging the students in their academic activities. P.T.A. awards prizes, and scholarships to poor students and for academic excellence. The main objective of the P.T.A is:
⇾ To foster and promote good relationships among the members of the staff,
students, and parents.
⇾ To create keen interest among members for the smooth working and
progress of the
college to maintain good discipline and academic standard.
⇾ To plan and implement the programs for the general development of the
college and
the welfare of students.
⇾ The administration of the association shall be vested in an executive
committee
consisting of a president, vice president, secretary, joint secretary, and a maximum
of 10 members, 50% of whom are elected from the parent's. The Principal will be the
ex-officio president and treasurer. The secretary will be elected from among the
teaching staff and the vice president and joint secretary from the parents. The
guardians are not entitled to be the members of the executive committee
