The PG Department of Commerce & Management Studies,organized a seminar on “Supply Chain and Sustainability (An Orientation on ERP Software)” on 14th January 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The programme was conducted in association with IQAC and CIAMS – Cochin Institute of Accountants & Management Studies.

The seminar was organized for Final Year B.Com and BBA students with the objective of providing insights into sustainable supply chain practices and the role of ERP software in improving operational efficiency. The session was led by Mr. Naseem T Shiyad, Career Counselor, CIAMS, who explained key concepts related to supply chain management, sustainability, and practical applications of ERP systems in business organizations.

The session was informative and interactive, helping students understand current industry practices and enhancing their awareness of career opportunities in supply chain and ERP-related fields. The programme was successfully conducted and well received by the participants.
