Department of Economics of SASC in association with IQAC conducted a debate on the topic One Nation One Tax on 20 September 2023 at first year BA Economics classroom. The aim of the debate was to analyze the merits and challenges of GST in the Indian context. The debate followed a structured format, with two teams presenting arguments and engaging in rebuttals. This debate serves as a starting point for continued discussions and research on GST. Similar debates and forums be organized to keep students informed and engaged in matters of economic policy and taxation.
