On February 15, 2014, the Department of English at Sahya Arts and Science College organized a Word Fight Competition as part of the Literary Fest Kalospia, held at the S2 English classroom at 12.30 pm. The event showcased the linguistic prowess and creativity of participating students, the spirit of healthy competition, and intellectual engagement within the college community, Risha, Shahana, Jaben, Hiba, and Nasiba from M.Sc Psychology, Lisna, Sam Thomas, Raja Shamseena, and Farsheena from S6 Psychology, Jibin and Rishan from S2 Finance, Vishnu and Shamal from S2 BBA, Sinan from Sit English were the participants of the competition. Out of 15 students Sam Thomas from S6 Pschyology won the first prize with cash.
