The Mental Health Awareness session, organized by the Department of Psychology at Sahya Arts and Science College, was held on February 2nd , 2024 at 11.30 to 12.30  PM at PG seminar hall. Ms. Krishnaveni P, (Assistant Professor) delivered the welcome speech. The event was inaugurated by Sreekavya M, HOD of Psychology department. Swathy Krishna T,(Assistant Professor) led an insightful session, providing participants with a comprehensive overview of Mental Health, their significance, and practical applications. The session aimed to enhance awareness among students about Mental Health  and how to cope with stressful situation.
