The Department of English, in association with IQAC conducted a workshop on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for BA English students on January 22, 2024, at 10.30 am at the college auditorium. The session aimed to provide students with insights into the importance of IPR. The event commenced with a  welcome address delivered by Mr. Muhammad Shahin, HOD of English Department. Principal Dr. (Lt.Cdr.) Abdul Rabbi Nistar inaugurated the workshop, highlighting the relevance of understanding Intellectual Property Rights. The keynote address and the workshop was led by Mrs. Afrahath, Asst. Professor on English department focusing on copyrights, trademarks, and their applications.  Ms. Neha, Asst. Professor of English felicitated on the workshop. Ms. Rifa Thasni, Secretary of English Association delivered the vote of thanks for their active involvement in making this workshop a valuable and enlightening experience.
